Jeff Boyd, Director of Assets, has been employed with Prince Telecom since 2007. Jeff is responsible for all assets, vehicles, meters, and computers. Jeff works closely with major repair chain vendors not only to keep our fleet running smoothly, but also to provide our field personnel with what they need to get the job done.

Jeff manages several subsidiaries.

Workforce Management

Amy Densmore, Director of Workforce Management and Automation, successfully completed nine consolidations of dispatch centers and billing departments into the operations department she oversees, significantly reducing overhead costs. Amy's vast experience in call centers and the cable industry gives her the skills to oversee projects regarding development, production and completion.

Serving as a project manager for RTasq and Field Check programs, Amy analyzes the business and takes stakeholder requests to the architectural team at parent company Dycom Industries. Since 2008, Amy has grown the call center to support expanding operations for Prince Telecom to include its sister companies. Amy is a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.

Jeff Drzymala: Vice President
Finance

Jeff Drzymala, Vice President of Finance, oversees all financial aspects of Prince Telecom. Since joining the company in 2001, Jeff has been involved in several acquisitions, including that of Prince Telecom by Dycom Industries in 2005.

Jeff takes pride in leading a strong group of accounting and payroll professionals, as well as managing several subsidiaries and departments.

Safety

Jason Elmore, Director of Safety, oversees risk management and the return-to-work process. Jason has General Industry certifications from OSHA, is certified by Liberty Mutual Safety Management Institute and prides himself on his success with keeping technicians safe on the job.

Jason is certified with the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers. Jason also served on an aircraft director in the US Navy, where he worked on the flight deck.

Tom Fahrner

Tom Fahrner: Director
Training

Tom Fahrner, Director of Training, creates and implements training programs and assists Prince Telecom employees with long-term career plans within the organization. Additionally, Tom sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity and is involved with new hire, management, and corporate-mandated training.

Tom was instrumental in developing an online training program which served approximately 2,000 employees within the first two years of its inception. Tom also created a lab-based training facility for employees in the Chicago region. In 2007, Tom became a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, and has been a member of Association for Talent Development since 2015.

Scott Gruff, Senior Vice President of Client Services, began his 35-year career in telecommunications as a contract installer in 1982. Scott then held a series of escalating roles, including supervisor, project manager and regional manager before joining Prince Telecom in 1992.

Bill Healy: Vice President
Operations East Division

Bill Healy, Vice President of Operations for Prince Telecom's East Division, which serves markets in the mid-Atlantic and New England regions. Bill oversees the division's business functions, focusing on client satisfaction through achieving key performance metric goals, customer relations, improving safety and driving overall financial performance of the division.

Prior to joining Prince Telecom, Bill was co-founder, owner, vice president and general manager of Leading Communication Contractors (LCC). In May of 2004, Prince Telecom acquired LCC; Bill then became responsible for operations in Prince Telecom's northeast district until 2012.

Bill also served as President of Midtown Express, LLC, where he oversaw a workforce that included nearly 300 workers who were represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. During his tenure, Midtown grew to acquire two-thirds of available market share, outperforming all competitors and providing best-in-class service.

John Kuhn

John Kuhn: Founder and President

John Kuhn, Founder and President of Prince Telecom, began the business in 1986 as an installer in Philadelphia. Since then, John has been the guiding force behind Prince Telecom's nationwide presence through organic growth and multiple acquisitions, culminating with more than 40 offices in 29 states. Under John's direction, the company has grown to 1,200 employees.

John has a unique ability to recognize management talent and guide his teams in this challenging business. With 30-plus years of service in this industry, John is well-qualified for his role on the board of Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.

Malaki Kupu: Vice President
Operations West Division

Malaki Kupu, Vice President of Operations for Prince Telecom's West Division, oversees the fulfillment, construction, and quality control operations for Prince Telecom's west coast markets. Malaki's leadership was instrumental in the northwest and western district winning Prince's Systems of the Year awards two years in a row (2015 and 2016).

Malaki has been a member of Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers for a decade.

Hoss Olson

Operations Central Division

Hoss Olson, Vice President of Operations for Prince Telecom's Central Division, is responsible for operations in multiple states, including overseeing Fiber To The Home projects. Prior to joining Prince in 1999, Hoss was the Multiple Dwelling Units Construction manager for Channel Communications, overseeing the rebuild of Chicago's high-rise buildings.

Hoss has a 22-year career in the industry and truly enjoys what he does. Hoss is a member of the Fiber To The Home council as well as the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.

Dave Schwartz

Dave Schwartz: National Director
Information Technology

Dave Schwartz, National Director of Information Technology, has 20 years of IT management experience and 17 years of cable industry experience. In his role as IT director, Dave is responsible for financial systems, productivity automation, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance and MSO application integration and support. Dave also manages internal application development, tech support and asset procurement and tracking.

Dave has coordinated multiple office and data center relocations, managed the transition of enterprise-scale network operating system migrations, and handled numerous mail server upgrades. Dave is a proud member of Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers and supports several subsidiaries.

Thomas Tideman

Thomas Tideman: Vice President
Operations Northeast Division

Thomas Tideman, Vice President of Operations for Prince Telecom's Northeast Division, is responsible for the technical operations of Prince Telecom's northeast division. Tom's background of more than 36 years in the industry includes system, regional, divisional, and corporate responsibilities. Tom's solid history of talent development and project execution means he has successfully rolled out new products, delivered exceptional customer satisfaction, and provided superior financial results.

Tom has more than a decade of prior experience in technical operations and services with Comcast. Tom used his talents at Comast to manage the technical operations performance for New Jersey systems consisting of approximately 1.3 million subscribers and more than 1,600 technical personnel.

Tom has been a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers since 1986. Additionally, Tom received the New York Times Chairman's Award in 1988 and is a 2001 graduate of Comcast's Executive Leadership Forum.

Bill Valentino

Bill Valentino: Vice President
Operations Central Division

Bill Valentino, Vice President of Operations for Prince Telecom's Northeast Division, oversees the range of services Prince Telecom offers as a major fulfillment provider to cable TV system operators and other telecommunications customers. The services the Prince provides include: residential and commercial installations, digital cable and digital video recorder/converter deployment, digital and analog product installation, high-speed modem and Voice over Internet Protocol installations, underground and aerial construction services and special projects such as grounding and audits.

Bill is on the Board of Directors of the Cable Television and Communications Association of Illinois, which serves as the trade association for the cable television industry. Since 1991, Bill has been a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.

Anitha Verghese

Anitha Verghese: Director
Human Resources

Anitha Verghese, Director of Human Resources, boasts more than 20 years in the industry. Anitha currently oversees all HR functions for the company, including talent management, performance management and employee relations for approximately 1,500 employees. In her current role, Anitha manages a team of 13 while partnering with the senior leadership team.

Prior to joining Prince in 2010, Anitha was the HR manager for Comcast in the Philadelphia region. Anitha is a certified professional from SHRM and a member of Women in Cable.
